Beat the Heat

Ride out this summer wisely. Here are some tips on getting the best out of every ride.

  • A wise bicycler will avoid the scorching sun from 10am to 3pm. This is the time when the sun gives the maximum UV rays that will cause a variety of problems on your skin, eyes, and overheats your system.
  • Bring the proper amount of water. I bring 1.5 liters of water for every hour of riding.
  • Ride out at night. The risk of dehydration and heat stroke becomes lesser during night rides.
Be a wise rider!
