Lose fat, Gain Friends

This is the beauty of cycling. You get to exercise and have fun, you can do it alone, or with a group. You can do it in the rain or under the sun. In the mud or in dusty roads or trails. Last Sept 22, 2012, I got a chance to ride with the fun people of SMB+Plus riders. We get to enjoy a little bit if everything. Mud, dust, road, sunny weather, uphill struggle and downhill glory. Kudos to you guys!
