Off Track: Ribeye Steak

Want a simple steak without the fuss? Try this:

Ingredients:
2 pieces ribeye steak cut
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp powdered garlic
ground pepper
salt



Procedure:
Mix paprika and ground garlic. Add ground pepper and salt to your taste.

Thaw the steak first


Rub the mix to the steak cut
Heat up your stove top griller

Cook according to your preferrence. I want mine medium rare. Serve with vegetables or siding
