Tagaytay Ride Out - For less than 100 Pesos

Yesterday, I decided to go to Tagaytay for a quick ride via Reverse Palace. I was supposed to do a short bike ride to Nuvali but the weather is too good, and Tagaytay ride is too good an opportunity to pass.
At 7:30 in the morning, I pushed myself to climb Tagaytay via Reverse Palace. The best thing about this, is I only spent PhP94.00 for the entire trip.

Freedom Day 2013 Bicycle Ride

"The only freedom which deserves the name is that of pursuing our own good, in our own way, so long as we do not attempt to deprive others of theirs, or impede their efforts to obtain it."
John Stuart Mill

We enjoy the freedom today because of the countless lives lost by our ancestors. From Lapu-lapu to Dagohoy. From Aguinaldo to Ninoy Aquino. All of those who shed blood for the price of freedom, we owe this to you. Things would have been different if we were under Spain, or Japan, or the US, if not for the Pinoy Freedom fighters who gave up their lives. I salute you!

Google Earth Plugin for Map My Ride

I recently discovered that Map My Ride has Google Earth plugin. This plugin helps you playback your ride in 3D. Watch in 3D the route I took this morning. Amazing.
